Please fill out the following template in order to be eligible for a possible rank-up in character skill level.

In order to rank-up, you must have been your current rank for at least some time, said time being determined by the rank you are going for; all the same, you must also be only one rank below the rank you wish to go up to. Ranking up requires quite a bit of training, especially considering the vast limitations that are increased as you acquire even higher ranks than that you are of currently. In this section of the topic, you will find everything you must do in order to rank-up!

Apprentice --> Beginner
* Must have been an Apprentice for at least 24 hours
* Must train by yourself in a 600 word topic
* Must defeat another player who is at least the rank of Apprentice

Beginner --> Commoner
* Must have been a Beginner for at least 3 days
* Must train by yourself in a 700 word topic
* Must defeat another player who is at least the rank of Beginner

Commoner --> Skilled
* Must have been a Commoner for at least 5 days
* Must train by yourself in a 800 word topic
* Must defeat two other players who are at least the rank of Commoner

Skilled --> Professional
* Must have been Skilled rank for at least a week
* Must train by yourself in a 900 word topic
* Must defeat another player who is at least the rank of Professional

Professional --> Lord
* Must have been Professional rank for at least a week
* Must train by yourself in a 1000 word topic
* Must defeat two other players who are at least the rank of Professional

Lord --> High Lord
* Must have been Lord rank for at least a week
* Must train by yourself in a 1100 word topic
* Must defeat another player who is at least the rank of High Lord

High Lord --> Elite Lord
* Must have been High Lord rank for at least a week
* Must train by yourself in a 1200 word topic
* Must defeat two other players who are at least the rank of High Lord

Elite Lord --> Master
* Must have been Elite Lord rank for at least a week
* Must train by yourself in a 1300 word topic
* Must defeat two other players who are at least the rank of Elite Lord

Master --> Elite Master
* Must have been Master rank for at least a week
* Must train by yourself in a 1400 word topic
* Must defeat two other players who are at least the rank of Master

Elite Master --> Titan
* Must have been Elite Master rank for at least a week
* Must train by yourself in a 1500 word topic
* Must defeat another player who is at least Titan rank

Titan --> Godly
* Must have been Titan rank for at least 10 days
* Must train by yourself in a 1800 word topic
* Must be directly chosen by head administrator

Just a question, do we need to battle the people now? I've noticed that admins leave that requirement out (I haven't, but that's only because I haven't looked at any rank-up requests) I also think it's a little dumb/unfair since you have to beat one person with a higher rank than you or two people at your rank.

Yes, battles still count. But now, apprentice->commoner need 0 battles won
skilled->pro need 1 battle won. Lord->Master need 2 battles won. Elite Master needs 3 battles won. Titan needs for battles won.

Is that battles won against anyone, or what? Because I think that people should be allowed to battle someone with the same rank as theirs, and maybe one rank lower.

That's how it has always been, Shane. Roxas allowed it and Kayden allows it. 1 rank lower, 2 ranks higher, or equal to your rank.
