Retired Characters

**Xiang**

When you no longer want to play as a character, but dont want to kill them, you retire them. It allows you to make a new character in their place, and the retired character becomes locked, and you are unable to play again, but they are not dead. Similar to a happily ever after at the end of a book or movie, yet their retirement doesn't have to be happy. Any topics a character is in when they are reitred is locked, unless there are others are in it, in wich case you ignore the Retired Character as if they were enver there. The owner of the retired character may unlock the retired character, and play as them again at any time they wish. But the un-retired character WILL count as one of their two characters.
A character may only retire once, and if you want to be rid of them again, they must be killed. This is a place for you to temporarily place characters to bring back later, or if you dont want to kill characters but give them mysterious endings or happy ones.
