Now before I say anything else, I understand why the administrator chooses to allow the users to pay to grow up the ranks, or purchase new elements using their own, real money, and it isn't really that much. But, I find one aspect of this a bit unfair.

But, I don't like how the rank system allows a person to pay to advance the ranks without the proper training. Apprentice to Godly with just a little over five dollars. Uhm, that's just messed up. Compared to a person who may have to go through lots of time trying to become a high rank, somebody with money to waste is able to get all of that RP power by just sending in money. I could buy a school lunch, plus my other stuff with that money.

In my opinion, one of two things need to happen. Either advancing ranks by giving money is disallowed, or restrictions are placed upon it, such as having to wait a certain amount of time between jumping ranks, or only being able to jump one or two ranks at a time.

Or, the price of moving up a rank is increased drastically. For example, going from Apprentice to Godly, at the very, very least should be twenty five dollars. Nobody should be able to bypass all of that hard work needed to advance rank as easily as sending a few dollars in that can be found in a nine year old's allowance.

Thank you.

Agreed ^___^
Also it makes stuf complicated. Before you could approve or disapprove uprankings, making a nice and fair distribution of ranks. You cant do that now. People will have paid their money, and you are oblaged to rank them up.
I also think that the payment of money should be kept as sufficient as possible, and only for those who feel like ranking fast for a personal reason or just cant wait. It should be a posibillity to aquire any power through RP, meaning that some powers shouldnt be payments only. This is an RP site, not a "who is the most spoiled kid" site.

25 dollars to get a higher rank on a form-based RPG where there are many others where you can get the same power for free? No. And I have already been giving it deep thought to simply remove the shop and everything all together.
~Maybe even convert to a credit system, but make things more expensive and such.

Maybe instead of having money, it should only be credit based.

Maybe a credit system would be best, or possibly forbiding people from going to high with money? Like you can only get 5 credits maximum, no matter how much money you donate, and you can not buy yourself passed the High Lord Rank?
